Our API Solution

DragonPass offers two primary API solutions to cater to diverse business needs: Membership and E-pass. Each solution is tailored for specific use cases and enables seamless integration of DragonPass services into your business ecosystem.

E-pass

Think of an E-pass as a multi-ride card in a city’s public transport system.

Different product types work like different modes of transport — for example, Lounge access is like a bus, while Fast Track is like a metro.

An E-pass is a controlled multi-use pass. When issuing it, the following attributes must be defined, and cannot be changed afterward:

Module – e.g., Lounge or Fast Track

First Name & Last Name – who can use it

Available Usages – how many times it can be used

Activation & Expiration Date – start and expiry date

Usage Scope – where it can be used

For example:

You can issue an E-pass for the “bus” (Lounge Module), allowing users to access lounges a specific number of times within the validity period.

You can also narrow down the usage scope — for instance, limit it to a few specific lounges, just like restricting a bus pass to certain routes.

Users can search and browse DragonPass modules and resources within your application.

Issue An E-pass

After the user selects their preferred resources, create an E-Pass order with DragonPass and distribute it on your application.

Utilizing The E-pass

After obtaining the E-pass, users can utilize it based on its available modules, such as accessing walk-in lounges or prebooking Fast Track services.

Key Features

Membership & Entitlements

Unlike E-pass, Membership is a comprehensive Loyalty Program, designed for long-term user engagement and value growth.

After issuing DragonPass memberships to your customers, you can manage members throughout their entire lifecycle, including:

Creating different tiers of DragonPass membership programs, each with its own validity period and entitlements;

Adjusting membership validity at any time;

Dynamically adding or removing user entitlements;

Integrating any existing or future DragonPass modules to offer users a more diverse and flexible experience.

With Membership, you are not just providing service access — you are building a flexible and sustainable loyalty ecosystem.

You can leverage the DragonPass Membership framework to design various campaigns, such as:

In addition to the default entitlement configuration, you also have the flexibility to individually update the entitlements associated with specific memberships as needed.

In addition to using a fixed QR code, you can also generate a dynamic QR code for the membership and display it in the application for enhanced security.
