DragonPass offers a comprehensive collection of APIs that enable you to seamlessly integrate a wide range of DragonPass modules and services into your applications, including lounges, Fast Track, dining, and many other offerings.
With this guide, you’ll learn how to create a program, obtain your credentials, and connect to both our sandbox and production environments.
You can deliver a wide array of travel and lifestyle products and services to your end users using our diverse APIs. Let’s get started!

Your application server interacts with the DragonPass API Developer Platform to perform operations such as registrating memberships, querying available products, creating bookings, and issuing E-pass.

Your application interacts with end users via your application or service interface by issuing DragonPass memberships or E-passes, providing available services, and allowing them to browse DragonPass's product information and other service offerings.
3.
The end user uses their DragonPass membership or E-pass to access relevant products or services, such as airport lounges, Fast Track services, or dining restaurant. DragonPass Redemption System will verifies and records usage information.
4.
The DragonPass API Developer Platform supports usage record synchronization with clients through various methods.

Onboarding Steps#

The onboarding process includes the following steps:

Sign Up
Contact our Go To Market/Sales team, set the scope of the integration, and obtain sandbox credentials.

Integrate and Test
Use the provided API to integrate DragonPass's products and services into your application, configure your server backend to communicate with DragonPass, and conduct testing in the Sandbox environment.
3
Pre-launch Confirmation
Confirm project details, complete onboarding configuration, and request credentials to access the Production environment through our Go To Market/Sales team or the portal.
4
Go Live!
After receiving approval for Production, enjoy full access to our products and services.
